How much does phone service cost?
Plans start at $10 per month. We offer Basic Connect at $10/month, Smart Connect at $15/month, Business Connect at $25/month. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract.
Do I need a technician to set up the phone?
No. Grandstream WiFi phones are plug-and-play: connect the phone to your WiFi or router, sign in with the line details we send you, and you can start making calls. Our support team can walk you through it if you need help.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. Number porting is available, so you can move your current home or business number to Oasis Orchard. Contact our support team to start a transfer.
Which phones do you sell?
We sell Grandstream WiFi cordless phones, including the GRWP810, GRWP816, GRWP820, GRWP822, GRWP825 and GRWP826, as well as the GRP2602W desk phone for the home.
